A wrong evaluation, a product you don’t like or simply a detail you didn’t consider will no longer be a problem.



In the presence of a customer-final consumer, the right of withdrawal can be exercised pursuant to art. 52 and following of Legislative Decree 21 February 2014.

To exercise this right you must send VALI explicit communication by registered letter with advance return receipt via e-mail to the address servizioclienti@vali.boutique within 14 working days (provided for by the provisions in force on the subject) from the date of receipt of the goods, declaring that want to make use of the right of withdrawal and indicating:

  • the order number,
  • any invoice number
  • code and quantity of the articles.
  • if the withdrawal is partial (only in the case of the purchase of several items) or total

The goods must be returned, intact in the original packaging and properly sealed, complete in all its parts, to VALI within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the email containing the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal, by courier appointed by the Customer. . The shipping costs for returning the goods are charged to the customer.

The law applies to every single product purchased in its entirety, therefore it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of a product (eg belt of a garment).

The shipment for the return of the material, up to the confirmation of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the Customer.

In case of damage to the product during the return transport, VALI will notify the customer of the incident within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in its warehouses, to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier he has chosen and obtain a refund of the value of the asset (if insured); in this case the product will be made available to the customer for its return and at the same time will cancel the request for withdrawal and therefore its refund. After 30 calendar days from the communication made to the Customer, without the latter having provided information about the return of the product, VALI may discard it.

VALI is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by shipments not insured by the Customer.

Upon its arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport.

Remember that the right of withdrawal is totally lost, for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the property, in cases where VALI ascertains:

  • the non-diligent use of the asset that has compromised its integrity and / or aesthetic value;
  • the lack of the external packaging and / or the original internal packaging
  • the absence of integral elements and all accessories of the product;
  • alterations, tampering, breakages, abrasions, stains, crumbling.
  • damage to the product for reasons other than its transport.

In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the goods will remain at the VALI headquarters at the Customer’s disposal for collection at his expense.

Remember that the products you return will need to be relisted, so please take care to treat them very carefully if you are unsure about keeping them and send them back to us just as you would like to receive them.

It is a gesture of respect for those who will buy them after you.



Being exclusively artisanal production, the small manufacturing anomalies that do not alter the functionality and / or the aesthetic value of the garment or accessory, due to the evident compatibility with the aforementioned value of craftsmanship, cannot in any way be considered a defect and, therefore, be claimed as such by the Customer.

In the event that the product is damaged due to transport during delivery (see information on shipments) or there are manufacturing defects, VALI undertakes to replace the material under warranty without any charge.

To exercise this right, it is necessary:

Within 3 days from the date of receipt of the goods, send a written communication by email to servizioclienti@vali.boutique, indicating the order, the damaged item, the details of the defect found with attached images documenting the damage or defect. Our Customer Service will communicate the details for collection by one of our couriers. The costs for the return of the goods are borne by VALI.

Return the goods to our courier in the original packaging, carefully sealed.

* Upon request, the buyer can use our couriers for the return shipments at his expense. Transport costs will be calculated at the time of the request.

It is specified that all returns shipped by courier chosen by the buyer travel at the risk of the buyer, who is fully responsible for any damage to the products during transport.

We cannot make refunds by other means (top-ups on cards, postal orders, bank checks).

VALI undertakes to re-credit the value of the product (s) within 14 calendar days of receipt of the returned goods and, in the case of the right of withdrawal, only after verifying the integrity of the products, withholding only the amount of any shipping costs and additional services.
